How to Care for Your Linen

Linen rewards a light touch. Treated well, it gets softer and more beautiful with every wash — treated roughly, it wears out its welcome fast.

Washing

• Wash on a cool or warm cycle, never hot
• Use a mild detergent and skip the fabric softener — linen softens on its own
• Wash similar colours together to avoid dye transfer

Drying and ironing

Air-dry when you can, or tumble dry on low and remove while still slightly damp. A hint of wrinkle is part of linen's character — if you do iron, do it while the fabric is still damp for the best result.
